Booking Requirements

As part of GLA's 5-Point Safety System, we have arrival and departure windows in place that students are required to travel within. You can view these windows on your country-specific page.

These requirements ensure that we can safely transfer students to and from the airport at the safest times. Our travel agency partners will search for flights within these requirements for you. We recommend that, regardless of how you plan to book your flights, you call our travel agency partners first to ensure that you are getting the best deal and booking within the arrival and departure requirements. Please note that if flights are booked incorrectly, you will be required to change them.
