Peru: Service Expedition in the Sacred Valley

Flight Requirements:

• Fly into and out of Cusco, Peru (Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport, airport code: CUZ)

  • • Please Note: Students will have to transit through Lima. This involves collecting their bags and proceeding through customs and immigration before rechecking their bags to their destination. Please allow a minimum of 3 hours to do this. An Emergency GLA AIrport Support person will be available near the airport for any emergencies such as a missed or cancelled flight.

14-day Sessions:

• • • Arrive between 05:00 (5am) and 15:00 (3pm) the day your program begins

    • Depart between 05:00 (5am) and 22:00 (10pm) on the day your program ends

Suggested Route:

The suggested route - usually the most direct, least number of stops, and always leaving from a US gateway airport. Often times, multiple students from the same program will be on this flight, simply because it is a popular route to take. We cannot guarantee that other students will be on this flight, but very often there are. You do not have to take the suggested route - it is just one option. You may take any flight you wish that falls within the flight parameters above.
