Peru: Service Expedition in the Sacred Valley

(Ages 16 - 18)

Flight Requirements:

  • Fly into and out of Cusco, Peru (Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport, airport code: CUZ)

      • Please Note: Students will often have to transit through Lima. This involves collecting their bags and proceeding through customs and immigration before rechecking their bags to their destination. Please allow a minimum of 3 hours to do this.

  • Arrive between 5:00 (5am) and 17:00 (5:00pm) the day your program begins

  • Depart between 05:00 (5am) and 22:00 (10pm) on the day your program ends

Suggested Route:

The suggested route - usually the most direct, least number of stops, and always leaving from a US gateway airport. Often times, multiple students from the same program will be on this flight, simply because it is a popular route to take. We cannot guarantee that other students will be on this flight, but very often, there are. You do not have to take the suggested route, it is just one option. You may take any flight you wish that falls within the flight parameters above.
